
Self-Service Kiosks
Beneficiaries may present their original, valid Macao SAR Resident ID Card in person to complete the Proof of Life procedure at self-service kiosks located across Macao, in the Hengqin Cooperation Zone, and in several cities in Guangdong Province.
- Beneficiaries may complete the Proof of Life procedure for the Social Security Fund, the Social Welfare Bureau, and the Pension Fund in a single process.
- Self-service kiosks are available at multiple locations throughout Macao and in the Hengqin Cooperation Zone. Some kiosks are also located inside the Government 24-Hour Self-Service Centres and are equipped with an Accessible Mode to facilitate use by persons with disabilities. In addition, the Macao SAR Government's “E-Government Services of the Macao SAR” self-service kiosks are available in several cities in Guangdong Province, for the convenience of Macao residents living in Greater Bay Area cities in the Chinese mainland. - After completing the procedure, beneficiaries may obtain a receipt from the kiosk showing the details and outcome of the process. Alternatively, beginning three working days after completion, they may check the processing status by logging in to the Social Security Fund website with their “Macao One Account” .
- Beneficiaries and their family members (spouse, parents, children) may also log in to the “Macao One Account” mobile application after completion and use the “Enquiry” function to view the beneficiary’s processing status.
