Self-service machines

The beneficiary can bring the original Macao SAR Resident ID Card and provide the proof of life in person at self-service machines set up at multiple locations across Macao.

 

• Proof of life for the Social Security Fund, Social Welfare Bureau, and Pension Fund can be provided in one go.

• Self-service machines are set up at multiple locations across Macao, and some self-service machines also provide 24-hour external service. For details, please visit the Identification Services Bureau’s website.

• After providing the proof of life, you can get a receipt from the self-service machine, showing the information and results of this process, or after 3 working days from the day following the provision of proof of life, you may log in to the Social Security Fund’s website, using “Macao One Account” to check the result of this process .

• After providing the proof of life, the beneficiary him/herself and his/her family members (spouse, parents, children) can also log in to the “Macao One Account” mobile app, and use the “Enquiry” function to check the beneficiary’s processing status.
