Employers can access the “Business & Associations Platform”, the “Central Provident Fund Information Platform”, or “Online Services” via the Social Security Fund’s website. They may log in using either an entity user account or a natural-person user account (available only to individual business owners) through the “Macao One Account”. From the list of government services, select the “Enquiry about the Central Provident Fund's Employer Account” service. Once staff permissions are configured, the enquiry function will be activated immediately.

Monitoring Mechanism

Internal Monitoring

In addition to daily supervision by department heads, the Social Security Fund monitors its services and conducts regular reviews of service quality, in keeping with the Fund’s spirit and its commitment to treating people with courtesy.

Public Monitoring

The Social Security Fund welcomes public opinions and complaints regarding its services.  It pledges to respond within 10 working days from the day following receipt.  For complex cases, a reply will be provided within 45 days in accordance with Article 21, Paragraph 3 of Decree-Law No. 5/98/M dated 2 February.  In the event of a delay, the Fund will explain the reason and inform the public of the expected response date.
