“Macao One Account” mobile app
Applicable whether the beneficiary is in Macao or outside.
- Proof of life for the Social Security Fund, Social Welfare Bureau, and Pension Fund can be provided in one go.
- To provide proof of life, beneficiaries can log in to the “Macao One Account” mobile app, activate facial recognition, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the specified actions.
- Assisted by a family member: If the beneficiary’s spouse or immediate family member (parents, children) has a “Macao One Account”, he/she can also log in to the mobile app with his/her account, enter the ID information of the beneficiary who needs to provide the proof of life, and assist the beneficiary in providing proof of life by facial recognition.
- After providing proof of life, a screenshot can be saved as a submission record. Alternatively, the beneficiary can choose to receive immediately a message that the proof of life has been provided.
- After that, the beneficiary and his/her family member (spouse, parents, children) can also log in to the “Macao One Account” mobile app and use the “Enquiry” function to check at any time the status of the beneficiary’s proof of life.
