
“Macao One Account” Mobile Application
Applicable to beneficiaries residing either in Macao or outside Macao.
- Beneficiaries may complete the Proof of Life procedure for the Social Security Fund, the Social Welfare Bureau, and the Pension Fund in a single process.
- Beneficiaries may log in to the “Macao One Account” mobile application, activate facial recognition, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the required actions.
- Assisted by family members: If the beneficiary’s spouse or immediate family members (parents, children) have already activated a “Macao One Account”, they may log in to their own account, input the beneficiary’s identity card details, and assist the beneficiary in completing the Proof of Life procedure through facial recognition.
- After completion, beneficiaries may save a record by taking a screenshot of the confirmation screen or opt to receive an instant SMS notification.
- The beneficiary and their family members (spouse, parents, children) may subsequently log in to the “Macao One Account” mobile application and use the “Enquiry” function to check the beneficiary’s processing status at any time.
