1. Beneficiaries residing in Guangdong Province may use the "Macao One Account" mobile application with facial recognition to complete the  Proof of Life procedure online.  In addition, designated social insurance agencies  in the nine cities of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Dongguan, Huizhou, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, and Zhaoqing,  as well as the  "Guangdong-Macao Social Insurance One-Stop Service",  can assist  beneficiaries in completing the Proof of Life procedure for Macao through "Macao One Account".

 

2.Beneficiaries may also present their valid Macao SAR Resident ID Card in person at self-service kiosks of the Macao SAR Government’s “E-Government Services of the Macao SAR” system located in several cities in Guangdong Province. 3. If beneficiaries are unable to use electronic methods, they may visit social insurance agencies  at all levels in Guangdong Province (click to view the  "Service Points for Guangdong–Macao Proof of Life Verification" ), present  their valid Macao SAR Resident ID Card, and complete the " Proof of Life Verification for Persons Residing in Guangdong Province".   Upon completion, the Guangdong authorities will directly forward the relevant information to the Macao Social Security Fund.
