Ways to provide the proof of life

To facilitate the elderly and people with disabilities to provide the proof of life, the Social Security Fund provides the following methods, which include:

• “Macao One Account” mobile application
• Self-service machines
• Verify the Proof of Life for People from Guangdong and Macao (only applicable to beneficiaries currently residing in Guangdong Province)
• Submit supporting documents
• Visit a service point in person
