One of the eligibility requirements for receiving the Special Allocation from the Budget Surplus for 2024 is to be alive on 1 January 2024. Under Articles 4 and 40 of Law No. 7/2017 and Articles 85 to 88 of the Administrative Procedure Code, please submit an objection statement to the Social Security Fund to verify your eligibility for fund allocation.
Formalities and Required Documents
1. Submit in person:
a) Complete and sign the Objection Statement Form (RP-01) (Form for Download CH/PT); (Sample of form completion EN)
b) Present the original copy of the Macao SAR Resident ID Card.
2. Others submit on your behalf:
a) The Objection Statement Form (RP-01) is completed and signed by the account owner (Form for Download CH/PT); (Sample of form completion EN)
b) A photocopy of the Macao SAR Resident ID Card;
c) Photocopy of a document verifying that the account owner is alive (the original must be presented for verification), e.g., medical certificate, certificate issued by nursing home, certificate issued by a resident committee in mainland China, etc. (Please note that the certificate must be issued in 2024 and the document must show the account owner’s full name, Macao SAR Resident ID Card number, date of birth or date of medical consultation if available).
