Application for a Certificate of Beneficiary’s Contribution
- Online service:
The applicant can log in to the Electronic Service Platform on the Social Security Fund's website using “Macao One Account". - Self-service machines:
The applicant can use his or her smart ID card to apply for a Certificate of Beneficiary’s Contribution through the self-service machine. - The applicant can submit the following documents, either in person or through a representative, to a service point of the Social Security Fund.
- Fill out the Application for a Certificate of Beneficiary’s Contribution (Form FSS/DC-13(I)) (Sample of form completion); (The form is available at all service points of the Social Security Fund or can be downloaded from the Social Security Fund’s website.)
- Present the original copy of the applicant’s Macao SAR Resident ID Card. (If the application is submitted by someone else, a photocopy of the applicant's Macao SAR Resident ID Card can be presented);
- By post:
The applicant can mail the above documents to Social Security Fund; - All service points of the Social Security Fund

The stamp duty is paid at the time of collecting the certificate. (The stamp duty for the first page of certificate is 15 patacas, and each continuation page is 5 patacas.)– Payment methods

The certificate will be completed within 3 working days from the next day after the application and the required documents are submitted. (Performance Pledge)Remarks/Points to Note
The certificate of contribution will be retained for six months, counting from the first day available for collection. The application will be cancelled if no one comes to collect the certificate before the deadline.Check the progress of application and collect the service result
