To further facilitate residents' access to Macao public services across borders, the Macao SAR Government has installed self-service kiosks in the Guangdong–Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and in several cities of the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, including Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Shenzhen, Foshan, Dongguan and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. These kiosks enable Macao residents to conveniently access a wide range of Macao public services locally, without the need to travel back and forth to Macao, thereby achieving the objectives of providing Macao government services nearby, across borders, and through self-service.

The kiosks offer services from multiple Macao government departments, covering dozens of areas, including identity verification, social welfare, tax enquiries, municipal services, voter registration, transportation, and immigration-related services. Among them, the social security services available through the kiosks include the following:

• Enquiry about the Social Security System Contributions

• Enquiry about the Social Security System Benefit Records

• Proof of Life for the Social Security Fund, Social Welfare Bureau, and Pension Fund

• Payment of  Contributions to the Arbitrary System

• Start or Suspend the Payment of Contributions to the Arbitrary System

• Application for a Beneficiary Contribution Certificate

• Enquiry about the Balance of the Non-Mandatory Central Provident Fund Government-Managed Sub-Account

• Enquiry about the Allocation List of the Non-Mandatory Central Provident Fund

• Application for Withdrawal and Registration for Automatic Withdrawal from the Government-Managed Sub-Account under the Non-Mandatory Central Provident Fund

• Application for Transfer of Funds out of the Non-Mandatory Central Provident Fund Government-Managed Sub-Account
