To enhance access to Macao’s public services for residents, the Macao SAR Government has deployed multifunctional self-service kiosks in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, as well as in four cities within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area—Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, and Jiangmen. These kiosks allow Macao residents to conveniently access a wide range of Macao’s public services without the need to travel back to Macao, thereby facilitating easy access, cross-border services, and self-service processing of government affairs.
The multifunctional self-service kiosks offer dozens of services from various Macao government departments, including identity verification, social welfare, tax enquiries, municipal services, voter registration, transportation, and immigration-related services.
