For beneficiaries who have wrongly received social security benefits because they do not meet the statutory requirements, they should pay back the money to the Social Security Fund within 90 days of the receipt of the notice.  If the beneficiary fails to pay back the money or fails to apply to pay back the money by installments within the time limit, or he/she is allowed to pay back the money by installments but fails to voluntarily pay back the amount owed for more than 60 days of any due dates, compulsory levy action will then be taken by the Coercive Collection Bureau under the Financial Services Bureau.
