Application for a Certificate of Beneficiary’s Benefit Payments
- Fill out the Application for a Certificate of Benefit Payments ; (The form is available at all service points of the Social Security Fund or can be downloaded from the Social Security Fund’s website).
- Present the applicant’s Macao SAR Resident ID Card;
- If the applicant authorises somebody else to submit the application for him or her, the person submitting the application must present his or her own identification document and a photocopy of the applicant’s Macao SAR Resident ID Card.
- Present the applicant’s Macao SAR Resident ID Card;
- The receipt issued at the time of application;
- If the applicant authorises somebody else to collect the certificate for him or her, the representative must present his or her own identification document and a photocopy of the applicant’s Macao SAR Resident ID Card. The back of the receipt must have the applicant’s signature that matches the signature on his or her ID Card.

The stamp duty is paid at the time of collecting the certificate. (The stamp duty for the first page of certificate is 15 patacas, and each continuation page is 5 patacas.)

Time Required to Process
The approval process of the application will be completed within three working days after the submission of application together with the required documents (exclusive of the day of submission).
Remarks/Points to Note
The certificate of benefit payments will be retained for six months, counting from the first day available for collection. The application will be cancelled if no one comes to collect the certificate within the time limit.
