The Social Security Fund (abbreviated to FSS in Macao) said that St. Lazarus Parish Field Office had now reopened, and the temporary office at Tap Seac had closed simultaneously.  Members of the public who want to go there for the services of FSS should pay attention to this.

With the reopening of FSS’s St. Lazarus Parish Field Office (Address: No. 2-6, Rua Eduardo Marques, Macao), the temporary office at Tap Seac is now closed.  Residents who need to go to the counters for FSS’s services can go to St. Lazarus Parish Field Office, as well as Macao Government Services Centre at Areia Preta (Social Security Affairs), Macao Government Services Centre in Islands (Social Security Affairs), or the office on the 13^th floor of China Civil Plaza Building in NAPE (only provide contribution-related services).

Currently, the FSS’s website has provided a number of simple enquiry services (For details, please visit www.fss.gov.mo/en/eservice).  Members of the public can also log in their “Conta única de acesso comum aos serviços públicos da RAEM” accounts or ePass accounts, or make use of the self-service machines set up at more than 50 locations across Macao to make enquiries about the services of FSS and make their applications (e.g. applications for fund withdrawal from individual accounts of the non-mandatory central provident fund system, etc.)
