Social Security Fund (FSS) China Civil Plaza Office in NAPE (the Office) has started to put into service today. At the moment, the Office mainly handles contribution matters, providing an additional channel for businesses and individuals to handle their contribution-related matters and making it more convenient and faster to deal with FSS contribution formalities.

From September, the Office starts to provide various services of the obligatory contribution system and arbitrary contribution system within the first-tier Social Security System, including contribution payment and rectification of default contribution, employer registration and enrollment of employees as beneficiaries, application for enrollment in the arbitrary system contribution for individuals, application of contribution certificate or alteration of information for employers/individuals. The employers can also go to the Office for payment of employment fee/ rectification of default employment fee for non-resident workers.

The Office is located in Alameda Dr. Carlos d'Assumpção, no. 249-263, China Civil Plaza, 13º andar, B-C, Macau. The service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 1:00pm, 2:30pm to 5:45pm. (until 5:30pm on Fridays).

In addition, the other two service locations of the FSS, including the FSS Head Office (Address: Rua de Eduardo Marques no. 2-6, Macau) and Area of Social Security and Employment Services in the Areia Preta Service Centre of Macao SAR (Address: Rua Nova da Areia Preta, no. 52, Macau) will continue to assist members of the public to handle various services of the Social Security System and the Central Savings System.
