Residents can Handle the Social Security Fund’s Online Services Using their “Conta Única de Acesso Comum aos Serviços Públicos da RAEM” accounts
2019-01-07

The SAR Government’s “Conta Única de Acesso Comum aos Serviços Públicos da RAEM” account has been officially launched on 1 January this year, and residents can now use the unified electronic account of “Conta Única de Acesso Comum” to handle the online services of the Social Security Fund (abbreviated to FSS in Macao).  At this stage, the original ePass account holders can continue to handle the FSS’ online services through the ePass Service Platform.  They can also upgrade to the “Conta Única de Acesso Comum” account by performing specific steps at a self-service machine or go to the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau in person.

At present, the FSS’ online services that can be handled with the “Conta Única de Acesso Comum” account or the ePass account include:

  • To check the beneficiary’s information (including the personal enrollment information, the contribution and benefit payment records of the past five years, the proof of life record)
  • To apply for a Certificate of Beneficiary’s Contribution
  • To apply for Contributions of the Arbitrary System (including enrollment, start the payment of contributions, suspend the payment of contributions)
  • To download the Payment Advice of Contributions of the Arbitrary System
  • Electronic Filing Service (Contributions of the Obligatory System)
  • Electronic Filing Service (application for a Certificate of Employer’s Contribution)
  • To check the employer’s contribution account of the non-mandatory central provident fund system

For more information about using the “Conta Única de Acesso Comum” account to handle the FSS’ services, you may visit www.gov.mo, or call 2853 2850 during office hours for enquiries.
