- Residing in the Macao SAR for at Least 183 Days
- Application for Withdrawal of Funds from the Non-Mandatory Central Provident Fund System
- For account owner age 65 or older
- For account owner under age 65 and there is a need to bear huge medical expenses due to serious injury or illness of his or her own
- For account owner reaching 60 years of age and not engaged in any paid activities
- For account owner under age 65 who has humanitarian or other properly explained reason
- For account owner under age 65 and there is a need to bear huge medical expenses due to serious injury or illness of his or her spouse, any degree of lineal consanguinity or affinity
- For account owner under age 65, who has been receiving disability pension from the Social Security Fund for more than one year
- For account owner under age 65, who is currently receiving special disability subsidy from the Social Welfare Bureau
- Death of an account owner (Withdrawal by the heir)
- Registration for Automatic Withdrawal of Funds
