In order to facilitate members of the public to know and make enquiries via the internet about the social security information that is closely related to our daily lives, the Social Security Fund (FSS) will launch a new version of the website at www.fss.gov.mo on 16 August (Thursday). A focus navigation function and a quick query system are added in this new version of web page, and the content of the current website has also been re-arranged to make the information more detailed and clear, thus making the search more efficient and convenient.
The new website has optimized the user interface. On the homepage, they created the navigation keys for the four main service targets “Employers”, “Beneficiaries”, “Participants of the Central Savings System” and “Elderly”. Simply click the button for the information and latest news about the relevant service. The online services are now more centralized. Members of the public can easily check their individual record of contributions, the appropriation list and individual account balance of the Central Savings System. They can also check the administrative formalities of various services on the same page and download various application forms. The “Media Centre” and “Publicity and Promotion” will provide members of the public with the latest social security information, public consultation/events, and publications such as the annual reports. On the page “Contact us”, a function for writing messages is set up. Members of the public can express any time their views and suggestions to the FSS online.
The social security information is closely related to our daily lives. Members of the public are welcome to regularly browse the website and offer their opinions there. The website provides as well three languages for browsers to choose from, i.e. traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese and Portuguese.
