The two 24-hour interactive voice response hotlines 2823 8238 and 2823 0230 of the Social Security Fund (abbreviated to FSS in Macao) will be upgraded in the early morning of 26 January, from 5 a.m. to 6 a.m..  There will be a brief interruption in the meantime.  During the period when the interactive voice response hotlines are affected, residents can make enquiries through the website of the FSS at www.fss.gov.mo, or they may email us at at@fss.gov.mo.
