- To change the business name or address, it is required to submit the updated business registration certificate issued within the last three months;
- To change the information of the bank account for receiving funds from the government-managed sub-account (applied by the account owner to transfer out the funds), it is required to submit a photocopy of the MOP bank account opened in the company name.

How to go through the formalities
Formalities and Required Documents
To complete the formalities, the fund management entity may submit the following documents in person or through a representative to the Social Security Fund. Forms are available at all Social Security Fund service points or can be downloaded from the Social Security Fund website.

Time Required to Process
The vetting outcome will be communicated to the fund management entity via an official letter, within 14 working days from the next day after it meets all eligibility requirements and submits all the required documents.(Performance pledge)
NOTE: In some special cases where the vetting process cannot be completed on time, the fund management entity will be notified within 5 working days from the next day after submitting the application.
