FSS provides two new electronic services

2015-06-23

For the convenience of the public, the Social Security Fund (abbreviated to FSS in Macao) has collaborated with the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (abbreviated to SAFP in Macao) and the Macao Post (abbreviated to DSC in Macao) to provide two new electronic services.  With immediate effect, members of the public can check their personal social security information by logging in to the E-services Platform of the FSS with their “ePass” accounts of SAFP, or receive information from the FSS via the “Secure Electronic Postal Box (SEPBox)” of DSC.

From now on, members of the public can online check detailed personal social security information with their ePass, such information include their contribution record, benefit payment record and proof of life record under the Social Security System, and other information such as the status of fund allocation and account balance of their provident fund individual accounts.  In addition, members of the public can subscribe to the FSS channel to receive updated information from the FSS by applying for the SEPBox of the DSC.  The FSS will send, at irregular intervals, information to the email account registered by members of the public via the SEPBox.

Beginning today, members of the public can visit the St. Lazarus Parish Field Office and China Civil Plaza Field Office in NAPE of the FSS, and Areia Preta Service Centre of Macao SAR (Area of Social Security and Employment) to apply for the two services above.  You can also visit the ePass website of SAFP at http://www.gov.mo/epass and the Secure Electronic Postal Box website of DSC at https://seps.macaupost.gov.mo/eng/sepbox.shtml to find out more about the relevant formalities and their service locations.  To activate the relevant e-service, existing ePass users can log in to the E-services Platform of the FSS at https://eservice.fss.gov.mo/main, and existing SEPBox users can subscribe to social security information via the Secure Electronic Postal Box (SEPBox).  For enquiries, please call us at 2853 2850.
