Employers who only use the Social Security Fund’s Electronic Filing Service Platform need to set up master accounts and sub-accounts in the system. Under normal circumstances, the number of master accounts is 5 and the number of sub-accounts is 15.
Set up a master account:
- Log in using the Entity User Account of Macao One Account:
After entering the Electronic Filing Service Platform with the Staff Login Number (administrator), set up a master account in the account management function. - Log in using the Individual Account of Macao One Account:
When applying for the Electronic Filing Service, one needs to fill in the master account information* on the "Activate/Suspend the Electronic Filing Service (Contributions of the Obligatory System)"; - If one needs to add a new master account, he or she needs to complete and submit the "Electronic Filing Service (Contributions of the Obligatory System) To Add and Cancel a Master Account" form to apply**.
Set up a sub-account:
- The master account can set up and manage sub-accounts by him/herself through the functions provided by the "Electronic Filing Service Platform", and grant the sub-accounts the usable functions in the system.
- Both the master account and the sub-account must log in to the system using the "Macao One Account".
