In order to provide members of the public with a more efficient and convenient telephone enquiry service, the Social Security Fund (FSS) unify the phone numbers for enquiries starting from today.  Members of the public can call the helpline 28532850 during office hours in order to learn more about the information related to Social Security System, Provident Fund Individual Accounts and other social security services.

Members of the public can call 28532850 during office hours, and simply follow the voice prompts, select the language and the desired FSS service (e.g. obligatory/arbitrary system contribution of Social Security System, employment fee for non-resident workers, various benefits; objection filing or account withdrawal of Provident Fund Individual Accounts, etc.)  The system will transfer the call to the staff responsible for the relevant FSS service.  In order to ensure the service quality, there will be synchronized audio recording during the process of enquiry.

During the early implementation of the helpline, in order to facilitate the public adapt to this new change, the original enquiry number of Provident Fund Individual Accounts 28523333 will be automatically forwarded to the helpline until 31 October.  For non-office hours, members of the public can still call the 24-hour interactive voice response hotline (Social Security System: 28238238, Provident Fund Individual Accounts: 28230230) for general enquiries.

In addition, members of the public are welcome to call the FSS during office hours via telephone at 85997139 for comments or suggestions related to FSS services.  The above information can also be found on the FSS website at www.fss.gov.mo.
