Starting from May, members of the public can access to their personal FSS contribution records via the self-service kiosks

Social Security Fund (FSS) encourages beneficiaries enrolled in the Social Security System to regularly check their personal FSS contribution records in order to protect their own rights and interests.  Starting from May, members of the public can check their personal contribution records not only from the FSS website, but also via the self-service kiosks which are identified with the FSS service enquiry label and set up at 28 locations citywide.

Only with the personal smart ID card in hand, beneficiaries of the Social Security System can use the self-service kiosks to check their contribution record.  The method is very simple: click “Enquiry about beneficiaries’ contribution records” on the screen, select the language, then insert the smart ID card, and scan the fingerprint according to the instructions on the screen.  After the kiosk successfully verifies the fingerprint of the beneficiary, the screen will show his/her contribution record for the last two years, which includes the employer’s name, the calendar year and month that have contributions and the total number of contribution months.  After checking the information, beneficiaries can click “Exit” to return to the main page.

In addition to the self-service kiosks, members of the public can also visit the FSS website https://www.fss.gov.mo/en/eservice/s3, call the 24-hour interactive voice response hotline 2823 8238, or come to the FSS Head Office, FSS China Civil Plaza Office in NAPE, or Areia Preta Service Centre of Macao SAR (Area of Social Security and Employment Services) in person to check their personal contribution records.

The use of self-service kiosks for checking personal contribution record is another convenient service provided by the FSS with the technical support of the Identification Services Bureau, following the Proof of Life for the Social Security System as well as the withdrawal application for the Provident Fund individual accounts.  The service, which has come into operation on a trial basis since late March, will be officially launched in May after more than a month of operational test.  In the future, the FSS will continue to study the various electronic channels to provide residents with more efficient and reliable government services.
