“Macao One Account” mobile application

  • It applies regardless of whether the beneficiary is in or outside Macao.

     

  • Beneficiaries can provide the proof of life to the Social Security Fund, Social Welfare Bureau, and Pension Fund at the same time.
  • To provide the proof of life, the beneficiary him/herself may log in to “Macao One Account” mobile application, activate facial recognition, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the specified actions.
  • Assisted by a family member:  If the beneficiary’s spouse or immediate family member (parents, children) has already opened “Macao One Account”, they can also use their accounts to log in to the mobile application, enter  the ID card information of the beneficiary who needs to provide the proof of life, in order to assist the beneficiary to provide the proof of life through facial recognition.  
  • After submitting the proof of life, the beneficiary may use a screenshot to keep the submission record, or choose to immediately receive an SMS that the proof of life has been provided.
  • After providing the proof of life, the beneficiary him/herself and his /her family members (spouse, parents, children) can also log in to “Macao One Account” mobile application, and use the “Enquiry” function to check at any time the status of the beneficiary’s provision of the proof of life.
