How to apply "Programme for Disability Pension Beneficiaries"

Beneficiaries of Social Security Fund’s disability pension who are interested in trying to work. 

Where and how to make a declaration?

Each time of trial work must be independently declared.  Beneficiaries should submit the duly completed Declaration Form for the Employment Incentive Programme for Disability Pension Beneficiaries(sample)  provided by the Social Security Fund and bring along the original ID card to a service point of the Social Security Fund no later than 30 days after the start of trial work, and 30 days after the termination of trial work or maximum period of each trial work (90 days).

If a beneficiary is unable to submit the declaration in person, he/she may ask someone to submit it for him/her.  The representative is required to submit the declaration form signed by the beneficiary, a photocopy of the beneficiary’s ID card, and present the original ID card of his/her own.
